Edan Spector

Edan Spector is an undergraduate student at California State University, Monterey Bay pursuing a B.S. in Marine Science with a minor in Statistics. With less than a year remaining in her degree, Edan is eager to begin a career in marine science with a particular interest in cetacean ecology and behavior. Edan has experience assisting with fieldwork, including marine mammal stranding response, and has also conducted behavioral observations from whale-watching vessels. She is passionate about spending time in nature both recreationally and professionally, and enjoys hiking, swimming, and working outdoors whenever possible. Edan has loved her time at MLML and looks forward to continuing to learn and contribute through hands-on research experience.
