Introduction
For first time users, you will receive an email from the Moss Landing Marine Labs IT Services Team containing information about your MLML gmail and user account. If you do not receive an email with this information, send an email: iticket@mlml.calstate.edu to request it.

MLML Gmail
Q: What is my MLML Gmail?A: Your MLML gmail generally consists of the first letter of your first name followed by your full last name. |
Q: How do I log into my MLML Gmail?A: Login into your MLML gmail through the Google Gmail website. |
Q: How do I change my password?A: Click here for instructions on changing your Google Account password. You will be prompted to change your password automatically the first time you login. |

MLML User Account (LDAP)
You would use your MLML User Account to access MLML related services.
Q: What is my MLML user ID?A: Your MLML user ID generally consists the first letter of your first name followed by your full last name. |

Q: How do I obtain my SJSU ID?A: For first-time users, an email will be sent to you with your SJSU ID during registration. If you already have an SJSU account, click on the following link to retrieve your SJSU ID. |
Q: How do I reset my SJSU password?A: Click on the following link to reset your password. NOTE: Your password will expire when it is 180 days old. If you suddenly cannot login, the first thing you should try is resetting your password. |

Q: How do I obtain and set up my account?A: For first time users, check the email you used to apply to the university for an email from accounts@csumb.edu about setting up your account and follow the instructions within the email. If you can't find the email, call 831-582-4357 (HELP) during business hours. |

CSUMB Gmail
Q: What is my CSUMB Gmail?A: Students, faculty, and staff get a @csumb.edu email address. All email accounts conform to the IT naming convention: First letter of first name followed by first 4 letters of last name (e.g. JOtte@csumb.edu). Additional letters are added to the first name if there is already a user with that account. |
Q: How do I log into my CSUMB Gmail?A: Login into the CSUMB website using your OtterID and click the Email link on your dashboard. Alternatively, you can enter your CSUMB email through the Google Gmail website and input your OtterID and password. |
