SELF SUPPORT BASICS

If you are experiences a technical difficulty, there are many resources already in place to provide you with information that may offer a solution to your problem. If you are experiencing an issue, we suggest following these steps to resolve it:

  1. Google it! We do. Simply search your problem in google and see if there is an answer.
  2. Consult MLML's Knowledge Base. MLML IT is constantly updating and creating new pages with information and troubleshooting techniques.
  3. Submit an iTicket. If you are not able to resolve the issue on your own, feel free to reach out to the IT Help Desk. We are here to help in any way we can!
