The <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1Mp7UvIHJ1f4d_4zzBE6F9u4ZW7IWKg0a\">first phase<\/a> involves working with the MPSL-MLML Data Center to make sure your data are in the proper format and have the required naming conventions to export your data to CEDEN.\u00a0 The second phase involves giving the\u00a0MPSL-MLML Data Center permission to export your data to CEDEN.<\/p>\n<p>The MPSL-MLML Data Center maintains a large public database which is a subset of the data in CEDEN.\u00a0 This database contains all data submitted to the MPSL-MLML Data Center by various data providers.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/mlml.sjsu.edu\/mpsl-mlml\/data-center\/data-entry-tools\/data-tools\/\">Tools<\/a> are available for data analysis and review prior to the export to CEDEN.\u00a0 Data may remain private (if requested) on the MPSL-MLML database until the review process has been completed and data are ready for public access.<\/p>\n<p>The following steps are used as guidance for submitting data to the MPSL-MLML Data Center and ultimately to CEDEN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mlml.sjsu.edu\/mpsl-mlml\/data-center\/how-to-submit-data\/initial-contact\/\">Initial Contact and New Project Registration<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mlml.sjsu.edu\/mpsl-mlml\/data-center\/how-to-submit-data\/populate-templates\/\">Populate Appropriate Templates<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mlml.sjsu.edu\/mpsl-mlml\/data-center\/how-to-submit-data\/check-data\/\">Upload and Error Review Using Online Data Checkers<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mlml.sjsu.edu\/mpsl-mlml\/data-center\/how-to-submit-data\/submit-data\/\">Submit Data to the MPSL-MLML Data Center<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mlml.sjsu.edu\/mpsl-mlml\/data-center\/how-to-submit-data\/export-data-to-ceden\/\">Export Data to CEDEN<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;How to Submit Data&#8221; section of our website introduces new data managers to the tools and documentation needed to submit data to the MPSL-MLML Data Center and ultimately into the California Environmental Data Exchange Network (CEDEN).\u00a0 Getting your data into CEDEN is a two phase process.
