Martin routinely transports scientists out for day trips in the surrounding Monterey Bay area working as far north as San Francisco. There is ample deck space for CTD deployments\/recoveries and gear stowage\/work space as seen below in deck photos.<\/p>\n<p>The Underway Data Acquisition System (UDAS) logs and displays data for temperature, conductivity (SeaBird Thermosalinograph) turbidity, and fluorometry (Seabird) in real-time. The John H.
