Library staff are working and available most weekdays during business hours to help you locate and access journal articles, assist with course reserves, improve your database searching, and much more! The physical library space remains closed for general access. Please contact library staff at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with checking out a book or accessing other library resources.
If you would like to request a book from our collection for checkout, please email the title and author of the book to email@example.com.
Our entire library collection can be found in OneSearch, our online library catalog. A link to the record in OneSearch is helpful when locating your book!
Library staff will then locate the book and coordinate the best way to get the book to you.
Due to health and safety concerns regarding accessing the shared space, the library printer is closed for general access.
The Library is currently accepting Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests for articles and book chapters that can be delivered electronically, including for materials which we only have in print in our library. Patrons are now able to submit CSU+ requests for physical books through OneSearch. Our library staff will coordinate COVID-friendly pick-ups or deliveries of requests via email. Currently, we are still unable to request physical books through ILL at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Courtesy returns give students who live closer to a CSU other than their home campus the ability to return their materials.
How do I return my CSU library books?
- You can return your books to any CSU campus library regardless of where you initially checked them out. The CSU libraries have a cooperative agreement ensuring that books will be sent to the appropriate location.
What if I cannot make it to any CSU campus to return my books?
- Please contact the circulation department at your home campus if you are unable to bring your books to any CSU library.
What if I checked out a laptop or some other kind of technology?
- Most CSU Libraries have also extended due dates on laptops and technology, but they will have to be returned directly to the owning campus. Please contact your home library if you have questions.
