Edan Spector is an undergraduate student at California State University, Monterey Bay pursuing a B.S. in Marine Science with a minor in Statistics. With less than a year remaining in her degree, Edan is eager to begin a career in marine science with a particular interest in cetacean ecology and behavior. Edan has experience assisting with fieldwork, including marine mammal stranding response, and has also conducted behavioral observations from whale-watching vessels. She is passionate about spending time in nature both recreationally and professionally, and enjoys hiking, swimming, and working outdoors whenever possible.
