I graduated\u00a0from UC Davis in March 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology. During my undergraduate degree, I was able to work on a variety of research\u00a0projects including tracking songbird nocturnal migration in relation to anthropogenic light disturbance, training an AI software with the end goal of identifying individuals from local wildlife populations via camera trap data, and leading a literature meta-analysis examining I-5 as a trans-continental barrier to terrestrial mammalian movement. I am currently writing a manuscript for the latter project, which will soon be submitted for peer-review.<\/div>\n

In relation to marine ecology, my primary interests lie in seabird and sea duck research, specifically migration tracking and anthropogenic impacts relating to climate change. At MLML's\u00a0Vertebrate Ecology Lab, I am helping out with the stranding network and stable isotope analysis for elephant seal research.<\/div>\n
